\tChina Mobile, China Telecom et China Unicom souhaitent que le New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), la Bourse de New-York, proc\u00e8de \u00e0 leur r\u00e9introduction, comptant sur un changement de politique suite au d\u00e9part de Donald Trump.<\/p>\n

Les trois op\u00e9rateurs chinois ont demand\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9ment aux services du NYSE de revoir leur d\u00e9cision et de retarder la suspension des \u00e9changes de leurs American Depositary Shares le temps de mener une enqu\u00eate.<\/p>\n

Les r\u00e8gles du NYSE stipulent qu\u2019une enqu\u00eate doit \u00eatre programm\u00e9e au moins 25 jours ouvrables apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9p\u00f4t d\u2019une demande.<\/p>\n

Dans un communiqu\u00e9, l\u2019op\u00e9rateur China Mobile affirme s\u2019\u00eatre conform\u00e9 aux lois et r\u00e8gles du march\u00e9 ainsi qu\u2019aux exigences de r\u00e9gulation depuis son introduction en Bourse \u00e0 New-York en octobre 1997.<\/p>\n

Le NYSE a mis fin aux \u00e9changes d\u2019actions des op\u00e9rateurs le 11 janvier en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 un ordre pr\u00e9sidentiel interdisant les investissements am\u00e9ricains dans des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s suppos\u00e9ment d\u00e9tenues ou contr\u00f4l\u00e9es par l\u2019arm\u00e9e chinoise<\/p>\n\n
