Something big seems to be arriving in Fortnite<\/strong><\/em>. Epic’s battle royale has often been one with teases that lead to great pay-offs, and the Fortnite<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>Twitter account has been sending off a barrage of hints that indicate something is on the way.<\/p>\n

Season 5 of Chapter 2 for Fortnite<\/em> kicked off<\/a> last month, and it came with many changes. Players of course were given map adjustments, a new battle pass, and more. But now something else seems to be happening. Over the past few hours, a bevy of tweets has been shot out of the official @FortniteGame Twitter account.<\/p>\n

The tweets are very cryptic. They seem to be some type of distress call, the first being a call for help to Drift, a popular character from Season 5 of Chapter 1 of Fortnite<\/em><\/a>.\u00a0<\/em>Specifically, the first tweet reads “Drift? Drift. Come in. Do you read me?” Additional tweets claim that the Fox Clan is in need of help, Fox Clan being the group that Drift is a part of, the group that his mask represents.<\/p>\n
