Thanks to the game&#8217;s cel-shaded art style and cartoony visuals, it even looks great in portable mode in lower resolution. Since the Switch doesn&#8217;t have much power compared to other modern consoles, Zelda fans might never be able to experience <a href=\"http:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/the-legend-of-zelda-breath-of-the-wild\"><em>Breath of the Wild<\/em><\/a> in 4K and 60fps, but one dedicated fan has created something that might help us imagine what it could look like.<\/p>\n<p>SnazzyAI on YouTube used AI upscaling to visually &#8220;upgrade&#8221; one of the first trailers for <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/zelda-breath-of-the-wild-2-shadows-lost-nintendo-direct-leak\/\"><em>The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild<\/em><\/a>. This isn&#8217;t a mod for emulation purposes nor is it officially from Nintendo, but it does showcase how a Zelda game could play like if it released on a higher-spec platform, such as PC.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/zelda-inspired-rogue-heroes-ruins-tasos-release-date-announced\/\">Zelda-Inspired Rogue Heroes: Ruins of Tasos Release Date Announced<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>As fans can see in the video below from Nintendo Life, it shows <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/legend-zelda-breath-wild-2-villain-ganondorf\/\">Link facing off against many of the enemies in the game<\/a>, and of course, pivotal story moments. The gameplay shines in 60fps, with every action looking as smooth as ever. All of the iconic locations shown throughout the trailer look absolutely gorgeous and will certainly cause any Zelda fan to awe at\u00a0the\u00a0beauty of it all.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"200\" height=\"113\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/qV3ACm9AycY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>When the sequel to <em>Breath of the Wild<\/em> finally releases on the Switch, it most likely won&#8217;t be able to run in 4K on the hybrid console, considering it doesn&#8217;t support that option. However, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/nintendo-switch-pro-rumors\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">if that rumored Switch Pro model<\/a> actually does come out soon, <em>Breath of the Wild 2<\/em> could very likely be one of the initial first-party titles to take advantage of some kind of power boost. It&#8217;s always incredible to see how\u00a0older games can be pushed to their full potential, such as this mod that allows fans to <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/ps5-runs-skyrim-60-fps-mod\/\">play <em>Skyrim<\/em> on the PS5 in 60fps<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As for other Zelda-related news stories, it was revealed recently that <em>Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity<\/em> has now <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/hyrule-warriors-age-calamity-passes-impressive-sales-milestone\/\">become the best-selling Musou\/Warriors game<\/a> of all time. The title serves as a prequel to <em>Breath of the Wild<\/em>, taking place 100 years prior and was developed by Omega Force.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild<\/strong><\/em> is currently available on the Nintendo Switch and Wii U.
