DOOM\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>may be one of the more important first-person shooter franchises. As the first game launched in 1993, and as the series has continued with the most recent DOOM Eternal,\u00a0<\/em>DOOM<\/a><\/em>\u00a0has been played by millions but also influenced many other shooters. Another extremely important first-person shooter series–albeit one that is a bit newer in comparison–is Call\u00a0of\u00a0Duty<\/em>. Recently, a mod was created combining the two extremely important games.<\/p>\n

DOOM<\/em> is a series that has often been modded, with a recent Castlevania<\/em> and DOOM<\/em> crossover<\/a> being an example that is rather unique. Fans and developers often love to mix and match DOOM<\/em> with other beloved video game series. The brand new\u00a0Call of Duty<\/em>\u00a0mod happens to a mix of two favorite shooters.<\/em><\/p>\n

Call of DOOM: Black Warfare\u00a0<\/em>is available now. The mod\u00a0is mostly the original DOOM, but uses brand new weapons from the Call of Duty<\/em> universe; 70 of them, to be precise. Call of Duty<\/em> veterans should recognize some of the best Call<\/em>\u00a0of\u00a0Duty<\/em> weapons<\/a> in the mod, including the Vector, the PDW, the LAW, the RPD, the FAL, the M16, the Desert Eagle, and more.<\/p>\n
