Last month,\u00a0PlayStation Now\u00a0<\/strong>subscribers were given access to three new games,<\/a> but February’s line-up is looking a lot meatier, as Sony announced that double that amount\u00a0can be played starting from today. However, two of them already have dates for when they’ll be removed from the service.<\/p>\n

The first of them is\u00a0Call of Duty: Black Ops 3<\/a><\/em>, which released in 2015 to overall positive reviews. Unlike the more recent\u00a0Black Ops Cold War<\/em>, this game is set in the distant future, where the military has progressed to include robotic drones and cybernetically enhanced super soldiers. Aside from a campaign mode, players can enjoy co-op, the traditional Zombies mode, and competitive multiplayer.<\/p>\n

Considering the amount of players who are growing increasingly frustrated with the current Call of Duty\u00a0<\/em><\/a>games’ multiplayer<\/a>, it’ll be interesting to see if fans flock back to a previous entry. Black Ops 3<\/em> will be available on PlayStation Now<\/a> until April 29th.<\/p>\n

The other one is WWE 2K Battlegrounds<\/em><\/a>, which will be available for even longer until August 2nd. After the disastrous launch of WWE 2K20<\/em>, the sequel was canceled so that extra time could be spent on 2022’s entry.\u00a0Battlegrounds<\/em>, a more cartoony, arcade-like title was made to serve as 2020’s entry and, though an enjoyable enough multiplayer game, still feels like a lesser alternative and is rather barebones.<\/p>\n

As for the remaining four games, possibly the most recognizable of the bunch is the narrative-driven\u00a0Detroit: Become Human<\/em><\/a>, the most recent title from\u00a0Heavy Rain\u00a0<\/em>studio Quantic Dream (and arguably one of its better ones). Players take control of three different androids in a futuristic society and the decisions they make will impact not just these androids’ lives but possibly the world itself.<\/p>\n

Next are two top-down action games:\u00a0Darksiders Genesis,\u00a0<\/em>the latest entry in the\u00a0Darksiders\u00a0<\/em>series and a spin-off\/prequel to the first game, and Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number<\/em>, where players take control of 13 different characters in a story that covers events set both before and after the first game. And lastly is horror puzzle game\u00a0Little Nightmares<\/em>, where players must aid a little girl called Six escape an underwater vessel called the Maw, which is populated with corrupted souls eager for their next meal.<\/p>\n

Little Nightmares 2<\/em>\u00a0is set to launch later this month<\/a>, so now is the perfect opportunity to experience the first game beforehand. While Six makes a return, it features a new playable character called Mono\u00a0and a new creepy location called Pale City to explore.<\/p>\n
