The\u00a0chaotic multiplayer game\u00a0is\u00a0claimable\u00a0now alongside\u00a0<em>Control: Ultimate Edition<\/em>\u00a0and <em>Concrete Genie<\/em>,<em>\u00a0<\/em>delivering two AAA PlayStation 5 experiences and an acclaimed PlayStation 4 gem to players currently subscribed to Sony&#8217;s service.<\/p>\n<p>For those not sold on\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/destruction-allstars\/\">Destruction AllStars<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>PlayStation has debuted a new launch trailer for the game on its YouTube channel, showcasing the title&#8217;s core gameplay and style. As expected, the short look highlights how\u00a0insane the vehicular mayhem focused game can be, with cars being destroyed by giant hammers, colossal spinning fans, and\u00a0bollards that seem to rise at random.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/destruction-allstars-trophy-list-reveal\/\">PS5 Exclusive Destruction AllStars Trophy List Revealed<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Outside of the range of environmental hazards, it seems players &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/destruction-allstars-february-2021-ps-plus-trailer\/\">who pick from a handful of zany avatars<\/a> &#8211; will be able to utilize a series of weapons mounted onto vehicles,\u00a0with the trailer featuring one car with protruding spikes\u00a0covering its exterior and another\u00a0sporting a giant blade capable of slicing cars in half on the hood. Meanwhile, all players\u00a0without a\u00a0vehicle are forced to navigate the battlefield on foot, with the footage highlighting players stylishly vaulting over other\u00a0players&#8217; cars and weaving in and out of hazards to trick\u00a0them into crashing. The entire thing looks like utter mayhem, with players having to play offensively when in cars and defensively when on foot.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"200\" height=\"113\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-I4D7bsszsc?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Many might remember that\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/destruction-allstars-ps5-release-date-delay\/\"><em>Destruction AllStars\u00a0<\/em>wasn&#8217;t always meant to be a key part of February&#8217;s PS Plus lineup<\/a>, with PlayStation making the decision back in October to move the game back from its PS5 launch release date. It seems this was for a variety of reasons, the biggest of which being that the game simply wasn&#8217;t a big enough draw to entice fans to\u00a0invest $70 to play it. This way around,\u00a0<em>Destruction AllStars\u00a0<\/em>can look to\u00a0capitalize on\u00a0the same success as\u00a0<em>Fall Guys\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em>Rocket League,\u00a0<\/em>which both dominated due to being free to redeem during their first months on the PlayStation Store.<\/p>\n<p>As for the other two PS Plus offerings<em>,\u00a0Control:\u00a0<\/em><em>Ultimate Edition\u00a0<\/em>brings Remedy Entertainments surreal shooter to the PS5,\u00a0bundling\u00a0the base game\u00a0with The Foundation and\u00a0AWE expansions\u00a0to form a neat package. It will come with a new performance and graphics mode as well, with the former offering 60 FPS gameplay and the latter toning it down to 30 FPS but offering raytracing instead.\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/concrete-genie-review\/\">Concrete Genie<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>on the other hand, released back in 2019.
