Bloober Team, a developer known for creating some memorable horror games over the past few years such as Blair Witch<\/em> and Layers of Fear,<\/em>\u00a0has just put out its latest title, The Medium<\/strong><\/em>, on Xbox Series X\/S and PC. The Silent Hill<\/em>-inspired psychological third-person horror game received decent reviews from critics, landing on an average score of 75 on Opencritic at the time of writing. While the game’s reviews from various outlets haven’t been all positive, The Medium<\/em><\/a> has still been a financial success for the development team, as the game’s development costs<\/a> have already been earned back from the game’s overall sales.<\/p>\n

Now that The Medium<\/em> has launched and people are starting to try it out for themselves, it’ll be interesting to see just what the studio is working on next. Since the team had worked on licensed products like Blair Witch<\/em><\/a> and also original properties, there’s no telling what the studio is hiding up its sleeves. However, in a tweet this week from one of Bloober Team’s designers, it seems that the team is not only beginning to work on its next project but it’s also hiring for multiple positions.<\/p>\n

The tweet comes from Artur Laczkowski and reads: “The Medium<\/em> was cool, right? Right, but what\u2019s even cooler is that we are working on a new big project and we need your input! Are you a Combat Programmer? VFX Artist? Concept Artist? Yes? Then join us if you dare.” There’s no telling what this “new big” project is, but it’s very likely that it ends up being yet another horror game<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
