Ubisoft’s upcoming pirate adventure Skull and Bones<\/strong><\/em> was announced back in E3 2017. The game is all about pirating the Indian Ocean with friends in an effort to gain higher-tiered weaponry and ships, and ultimately become a Pirate legend. That is, as far as fans are aware. Back in September 2020, Ubisoft talked about a “new vision” for the game, and what comes of that has yet to be seen.<\/p>\n

The game is currently being worked upon by Ubisoft Singapore,\u00a0which assisted on the game’s\u00a0inspiration,\u00a0Assassin’s Creed 4: Black Flag<\/em>. Skull and Bones<\/em><\/a> was supposed to release in 2018, but a variety of has pushed the release date to around 2021. At the time of writing, there are 2 major trailers released that shed light on what the game is all about, though there are a couple of other dive-like videos should anyone be interested in seeing more of the game.<\/p>\n
