Players who are returning to the game this week while it is back in the spotlight will find the usual series of Priority Missions, HARM Challenges, and a Mega Hive to grind through for some decent rewards.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/marvels-avengers-kate-bishop-hawkeye-dlc-clint-barton\/\">Kate&#8217;s DLC<\/a> did a pretty good job bringing some players back to the game and the deep discounts over the holidays aimed to increase the playerbase with some new blood, but the game has yet to really recover from its rocky start. Lots of bugs have been squashed, but now dedicated players are itching for new content, in addition to these weekly refreshes, to bring some new challenges and excitement to <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/marvels-avengers\/\"><em>Marvel&#8217;s Avengers<\/em><\/a> regularly throughout 2021.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/marvels-avengers-maestro\/\">Marvel&#8217;s Avengers: Who is Maestro?<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The weekly rotation for\u00a0<em>Marvel&#8217;s Avengers<\/em>\u00a0sticks to the established pattern and brings some fresh motivation to revisit existing missions\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/marvels-avengers-upgrade-modules-tips\/\">thanks to guaranteed rewards<\/a>. Each challenge provides some unique difficultly thanks to special modifiers that players will have to adjust to. Entering critical health drains all Heroic energy<\/p>\n<p>Cosmos: Cosmic damage from players is increased<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;The Mega Hive is a single-player chain of eight missions that tests your team\u2019s might. Each week you\u2019ll have a shot at completing the Mega Hive mission chain. When you defeat all eight missions, the Mega Hive mission chain is removed from the War Table until the next weekly refresh, when you can run it again with new modifiers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>This week\u2019s modifiers include:<\/p>\n<p>Pressure: No automatic recovery of Willpower when critically injured.<\/p>\n<p>Maelstrom: All heroics charge at a significantly increased rate. Entering critical health drains all Heroic energy.<\/p>\n<p>Oasis: Regen Packs have increased Willpower benefit.<\/p>\n<p>Goliath: Significantly increased presence of Exos.<\/p>\n<p>Weekly Rewards: As you progress through the Mega Hive, rewards start as basic gear, resources, and small amounts of cosmetic currency. The more missions you survive, the more resource drops increase. As you near the final mission, you\u2019ll see better gear and artifacts awarded more often, as well as increased chances for patterns\/nameplates. When you complete all eight Mega Hive missions you\u2019ll be rewarded with exclusive goodies reserved for this gauntlet, including a significant amount of high-quality resources.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s everything that is on the table for week 23&#8217;s Priority Missions, HARM challenges, and Mega Hive.
