With Neith, players learn how to navigate the map, defend structures, and even dish out punishment with her range-oriented\u00a0abilities. Interestingly, despite her status as the go-to tutorial god for Hi-Rez’s MOBA, Neith boasts one of the easiest yet most efficient kits out there.<\/p>\n

Essentially, Neith’s abilities focus on “marking” her enemies and dealing massive damage by hitting the same targets. As a Hunter, Neith specializes in building damage over time and punishing opponents with the right build. Interestingly, despite her straightforward kit, Neith can pose some difficulty in terms of mastery. Thankfully, newcomers can master Neith much faster by avoiding some mistakes with the Egyptian Hunter.<\/p>\n

10 <\/span>Don’t Take Broken Weave For Granted<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

At its core, Neith generates Broken Weaves whenever Gods die or at the site where Neith uses her Back Flip (S3). These Broken Weaves act like a secondary resource, allowing Neith to access enhanced effects whenever she hits them. Interestingly, players shouldn’t neglect<\/a> the area-of-effect (AOE) nature of her weaves.<\/p>\n

Essentially, Neith players should have situational awareness, especially where she generates her Broken Weaves. As much as possible, Neith should trigger her abilities’ secondary effects whenever enemies are inside her Broken Weave. Alternatively, Neith can also zone enemies with her Weaves, as Gods will likely stay clear from them as well. That means Neith can lead them straight into ganks.<\/p>\n

9 <\/span>Don’t Ignore Spirit Arrow’s AOE Potential<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

Neith’s primary damage ability comes from her Spirit Arrow (S1). This straightforward ability allows Neith to use her Spirit Arrow as her primary poking tool. She needs to level this as often as possible, with a recommended progression of levels 1-3-6-7-9. That way, Neith can maximize her Spirit Arrow’s base damage.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, Neith can tap into Spirit Arrow to help her clear waves faster. She can use her Back Flip to set up a Broken Weave along the enemy’s path. When she uses her Spirit Arrow in that direction, the Broken Weave unleashes an AOE attack. Moreover, Gods in the vicinity of a Broken Weave get rooted if hit with Spirit Arrow. In turn, Neith can simply ignore a moving enemy and just aim<\/a> for a Broken Weave, provided it’s within their range.<\/p>\n

8 <\/span>Don’t Neglect Unravel For Emergencies<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

Aside from her straightforward kit<\/a>, players love Neith for her self-healing ability, Unravel (S2). Essentially, Unravel wraps Neith with healing energy that also steals the movement speed of nearby enemies. The healing aspect of Unravel maxes out with three targets, and it prioritizes higher healing from gods. Due to the secondary nature of Unravel, it’s recommended Neith increases this every levels 4-8-11-12-14.<\/p>\n

Moreover, Neith can trigger this ability alongside her Broken Weave to enhance the potency of Unravel’s healing. With this method, Neith can get a handy emergency heal should the need arise.<\/p>\n

7 <\/span>Don’t Ignore Mobility With Back Flip<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

At first glance, Neith’s Back Flip (S3) serves as a nifty escape ability and engagement option. After all, Back Flip allows Neith to not just evade pursuits, but also debuff the speed of enemies in front of her. Neith can build this at levels 2-15-16-18-19 without many setbacks.<\/p>\n

However, players should also maximize Back Flip’s mobility potential. For instance, veteran Neith players can actually Back Flip towards escaping enemies, which is useful for chases. Meanwhile, Neith can gank unsuspecting opponents by getting behind them and then doing a Back Flip, effectively making them retreat with a Broken Weave. Lastly, Neith can even unleash a devastating Spirit Arrow-Broken Weave AOE in team fights, especially if enemies are clumped into a single location.<\/p>\n

6 <\/span>Don’t Forget World Weaver’s Sat-Nav<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

Despite its late leveling suggestion (level 5-10-13-17-20), World Weaver (Ult) can easily devastate fights against other characters<\/a>. Neith should use World Weaver to damage enemies as much as possible so Assassins and Warriors can kill them. Moreover, players should be wary of Gods with Aegis Amulet (Relic) that can stop this ability. Moreover, some enemies can outright get in the way of this ability to save Neith’s target.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, Neith players can simply use World Weaver for its sat-nav option. Remember, as World Weaver is a GCD, players get a glimpse of where enemies are before targeting them. However, players can simply pull up enemy locations and never trigger the ability, giving them a handy sat-nav. This sub-feature becomes useful for Neith players to set up effective Wards for allies.<\/p>\n

5 <\/span>Don’t Forget The Opening Gambit<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

Hunters and ADCs secure the endgame as early as the opening gambit. In the case of Neith, she needs to ensure that she and her Support get to level 2\u00a0quickly. Doing this can allow Neith to add pressure to the opponent and secure her levels faster.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Ideally, once Neith gets both Spirit Arrow (S1) and Back Flip (S3), she can start pressuring the opponents<\/a> with her Broken Weaves. If she\u2019s aggressive enough, the opponent will be forced to retreat. That gives Neith enough time to clear a few Jungle camps, preferably the Alpha and Void Harpies. Afterward, it\u2019s lather, rinse, repeat. However, if opponents instead get to level 2 faster, Neith should protect her Tower and get farms while paying attention to potential ganks against her.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

4 <\/span>Don’t Spare Wards In Mid Game\u00a0<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

By the time the game reaches its middling stages, chances are the Support will get enough firepower to rotate into other lanes. With this in mind, Neith should have leveled decently to pose an active threat by herself. Regardless of the results of the early game, Neith should constantly keep her Wards along corners to warn her of any unsuspecting ganks.<\/span><\/p>\n

If Neith has the lead, she can maintain pressure by continuing to eliminate minion waves and poking the enemy ADC. Theoretically, Neith\u2019s Broken Weaves can damage opposing ADC enough to force them to retreat to base, leaving Neith to farm. However, if Neith still hasn\u2019t gotten the lead in the lane, organizing a gank can help secure that advantage. If she has the disadvantage, Neith should focus on farming<\/a> while keeping Wards up against ganks.<\/span><\/p>\n

3 <\/span>Don’t Underestimate Easy Kills<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

As a Hunter, Neith should maintain a constant lookout for the weakest threats anywhere, even in high-intensity engagements. If Neith has to fight Gods of moderately equal strength, she should focus her efforts on the easiest ones to kill. These often come in the form of her fellow ADCs who rely on dealing damage fast enough and pray they don\u2019t get stuck with stuns or slows.<\/span><\/p>\n

Likewise, Neith should focus on which Gods her team launches debuffs against. Rooted or stunned enemies always become prime candidates for easy kills. <\/span><\/p>\n

2 <\/span>Don’t Forget Distance, Targeting In Endgame\u00a0<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

When the game reaches its 18-minute to 20-minute mark, Neith should\u2019ve gotten enough firepower to start participating in team fights. However, Neith shouldn\u2019t just go guns blazing against teams because of her Broken Weave AOE. Rather, she should still approach team fights strategically<\/a>, particularly from the rear.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ideally, Neith should focus on the frontline target first instead of the primary damage dealer at the back. Since Neith has to get closer to trigger her Broken Weave via Back Flip, this opens her up to a risk for CC, especially if she\u2019s aiming for a rear target. Instead, she should focus her attention on the frontline by eliminating the enemy Solo or Support as soon as possible. Doing so opens the enemy team for a harsh counter from Neith\u2019s teammates.<\/span><\/p>\n

1 <\/span>Don’t Neglect Speed, Protection Relics<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

Neith is just as strong as the attacks she secures, and sadly, despite her powerful attack, she’s almost always useless when cornered. In turn, players need to consider her Relic choices carefully. For instance, given Neith’s tendency to get up close before doing her Back Flip, Gods can try to CC her before landing a killing blow. Purification Beads (Relic) can help against these CCs, and Aegis Amulet (Relic) can also help counter against tough burst damage.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Magic Shell (Relic) is always a great choice for the additional shields, while Heavenly Wings (Relic) can help Neith go around the battlefield much faster.<\/p>\n
