In the past few weeks, the Warzone<\/em><\/a> meta has shifted<\/a> to a Kar98k class setup with an assault rifle or SMG secondary. Players are using more weapons than ever<\/a> in Warzone<\/em>, and the community can rest assured that they will not be killed in an instant by the DMR. Despite the recent rise in hackers<\/a> and accusations<\/a>, the game is more fun with a variety of weapons in the mix.<\/p>\n

Players that are running a sniper as their primary<\/a> should use one of the weapons listed below and stack their loadout for ADS speed or recoil control. Because players are using an AR or SMG as a secondary, recoil control at close ranges is crucial. For simplicity’s sake, the weapons included in this list are guns with good enough iron sights that players can pair them with a sniper. Below are the cleanest iron sights in the game, ranked from worst to best.<\/p>\n

9 <\/span>MP5<\/h2>\n

Few people use either of the MP5s with a sniper, but the gun has a decent enough iron sight to consider doing so. The Mp5 from Cold War is slightly more versatile, with better range values and vertical recoil. Despite the limitations of using the MP5’s iron sights at range, it had to be included in the list. Almost no players use an optic with the MP5, and it is one of the better sights in the game.<\/p>\n

8 <\/span>RAM-7<\/h2>\n

Not all players love the weapon, but the RAM-7’s iron sights are serviceable at medium range. The gun is a great option for players that can control the gun’s rapid fire rate and jumpy recoil. While the edges of the sight block a small portion of the screen, the very thin part of the reticle in the center of the sight makes the weapon easy enough to use without an optic. At range, however, the gun’s recoil and the visual obstruction of the ring around the sight will make hitting players difficult.<\/p>\n

The Bruen’s iron sight is underrated, and players will be impressed by how reliable it is at short and medium range. The ground loot Bruen was the best gun in early game scenarios a few seasons ago, and players should feel comfortable giving the build a try. By removing the sight, players can use both tac laser for ADS speed and rubberized grip tape for recoil control. While the Bruen’s iron sight is a bit bulky, players can focus on the center of the U shaped sight for pinpoint accuracy. With improved recoil control, the Bruen will feel like it never received a nerf.<\/p>\n

6 <\/span>Oden Manzanilla<\/h2>\n

Few players know about the Manzanilla sight on the Oden, and it is one of the cleaner iron sights in the game. The sight is just a simple vertical piece of metal that allows players to focus directly on enemies. The Oden is one of the underused weapons in Warzone<\/em> due to the learning curve required. However, the slow firing AR packs a punch at medium range.<\/p>\n

After the M4 was a ground loot weapon in the first season of Warzone<\/em>, players discovered how viable the sights on the weapon are. Much like the Bruen and RAM-7, the ring surrounding the sight can obstruct players’ view. However, the center of the sight is a simple V, which allows players to be accurate at extended ranges.<\/p>\n

4 <\/span>FiNN LMG<\/h2>\n

The FiNN is one of the most\u00a0underrated weapons in\u00a0Warzone<\/em><\/a>. The iron sight on the FiNN is extremely clear and has a sharp point in the center of the sight that makes spotting and hitting enemies easy. Players can use the FiNN with an adverse barrel as a short to medium range weapon. The FiNN is an uncommon weapon to pair with a sniper, but it can be dominant at short to medium range.<\/p>\n

3 <\/span>MP7<\/h2>\n

The MP7 is an extremely simple weapon to use, with low recoil and amazing iron sights. The MP7’s sight looks like the Manzanilla blueprint, but much smaller. Players can use the I shaped sight at extremely long ranges and still hit their shots.<\/p>\n

Because of the MP7’s long damage ranges, it can be used at distances approaching 100 meters. The MP7 is a sniper’s best friend, and players have been using the reliable SMG since Warzone’s<\/em> launch.<\/p>\n

2 <\/span>FFAR<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

The FFAR is the best Warzone<\/em> weapon to use in close-quarters combat<\/a>. It also happens to be the best weapon to pair with a sniper, and it has the best iron sight of all the Cold War weapons. The gun’s iron sight is a thin piece of metal that sticks straight up. There is no reason for players to use a sight on the gun, as it should be used only in close and intermediate gunfights. The FFAR has one of the best iron sights in the game, but no iron sight can surpass the last weapon on this list.<\/p>\n

1 <\/span>Grau Archangel<\/h2>\n
<\/figure>\n

The Archangel Barrel gives the Grau a long and thin iron sight that is perfectly vertical. Players can hit enemies at more than 100 meters with the gun, as the sight allows players to center their aim directly on opposing players. The Grau has possibly the best iron sight in the history of Call of Duty<\/a><\/em>. Players can even use the Grau as their primary weapon without a sight, which was common before the gun was nerfed. While the Grau can be outgunned at close range, it is an amazing weapon to use at around 20 meters.<\/p>\n
