The worldwide release of Capcom\u2019s revamped video game <\/span>Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection<\/i><\/b> is only a couple days away. As a way to entice both old and new fans to pick up one of the world\u2019s <\/span>most difficult old-school platformer titles<\/span><\/a>, Capcom has released a third developer video that focuses more on the updates being implemented in the reboot. This time, <\/span>Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection<\/span><\/i>\u2019s<\/span> producer talks about what players can expect has changed about the game\u2019s difficulty levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection <\/span><\/i>was first <\/span>announced to be headed for the Nintendo Switch<\/span><\/a> in 2020\u2019s The Game Awards. Famously known for its incredibly difficult side-scroll gameplay, this is not the first time the title was brought from the arcades and into the homes of the fans via old-school platforms such as the NES. With the title being released on the portable console, new generation players will finally be able to experience the game’s unique story-telling and gameplay wherever they go.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the two-minute video posted on Capcom USA\u2019s official YouTube channel, Peter Fabiano, the producer of <\/span>Ghosts ‘n Goblins Resurrection<\/span><\/i>, went in-depth on a new feature the devs are putting into the game. For the reboot, Capcom<\/a> has decided to make the difficulty levels adjustable, providing players a chance to enjoy the platformer gameplay, no matter what their skill level is. Fabiano shares that this was done to recreate the sense of achievement felt when players get farther into the story until they are finally able to reach the game\u2019s ending.<\/span><\/p>\n
