It\u2019s been that way ever since the first scene in <em>Iron Man,\u00a0<\/em>which begins with the iconic guitar riff from AC\/DC\u2019s \u201cBack in Black,\u201d and continued with\u00a0<em>Guardians of the Galaxy&#8217;s<\/em> funky vibes and <em>Captain Marvel\u2019s<\/em> ode to the 90\u2019s soundtrack.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the years,\u00a0Marvel has done a fantastic job unearthing lesser-known songs and introducing classic tunes to newer generations, as is the case for <em>Thor: Ragnarok\u2019s<\/em> epic final battle scene, which features Led Zeppelin\u2019s \u201cImmigrant Song.\u201d Perhaps for that reason, there are few people better suited to pay tribute to Marvel\u2019s forays into rock culture than Black himself.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/hailee-steinfeld-hawkeye-new-set-photo\/\">Hailee Steinfeld Shared A Photo From The Hawkeye Set<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/jack-black-five-nights-at-freddys-tiktok-dance-video-clip\/\"><em>School of Rock<\/em> teacher is an internet sensation<\/a> thanks to his comedic exploits, but recently, Black has been combining his love for music and all things Marvel in a series of incredibly funny videos that might just outdo the MCU\u2019s productions. The latest of these features Black harnessing the power of Mjolnir and contorting his scantily clad body to \u201cImmigrant Song\u201d in a Thor cosplay of dubious quality. The result is a comedic video that\u2019ll get a laugh out of anyone.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/jackblack\/status\/1358219871880835073?s=20\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Other examples of Black\u2019s recent dabblings into Marvel territory can be found on his Twitter account, where the actor has previously uploaded a similar video playing Tony Stark with Black Sabbath\u2019s \u201cIron Man\u201d playing in the background. For those who are not into rock and prefer their comedians fully clothed, he\u2019s also done <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tom-holland-spider-man-3-ambitious\/\"><em>Spider-Man<\/em> and hip hop<\/a> with Marv Allen\u2019s \u201cOut the Frame\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Though these sketches won\u2019t have Chris Hemsworth fearing for his job or fuel rumors of a new Iron Man being found, maybe they mean Black is hoping to nail down a role in <em>Thor: Love and Thunder<\/em>. With Taika Waititi at the helm and <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/matt-damon-playing-thor-4\/\">Matt Damon already confirmed to show up<\/a> in that film, it wouldn\u2019t be the craziest thing in the world for this fat Thor to make an appearance.<\/p>\n<p>Black, whose most recent widely known roles were in <em>Jumanji: The Next Level <\/em>and <em>The Croods: A New Age<\/em>, has been really warming up to video games.
