This morning, Disney Plus released a scene from tomorrow\u2019s episode of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">WandaVision<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0and this brief scene reveals quite a bit of information\u00a0while also raising new questions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As each episode so far has played homage to <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/sitcoms-underwhelming-first-seasons\/\">a previous decade of television<\/a>, this clip offers the first taste of a take on a 2000s aesthetic. As always, the set decoration is on point and very well captures an early aughts house. ABC\u2019s <em>Modern Family<\/em> seems to be the reference point for the editing, as the <em>WandaVision<\/em>\u00a0scene\u00a0mimics its single-camera style and the confessional mockumentary interview segments.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"related-single\">RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/wandavision-season-2-possibility\/\">WandaVision Showrunner Talks Season 2 Possibility<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wanda\u00a0explaining\u00a0that she plans to take a \u201cquarantine-style staycation\u201d is definitely the kind of thing you would hear on a show like <em>Modern Family<\/em> and it obviously has a different meaning now. Of course, in this context, Wanda is taking the &#8220;staycation&#8221; as a self-imposed &#8220;punishment&#8221; for expanding the border of the sitcom universe she curiously admits she created, despite previously claiming she has no idea how the world started. It also appears Wanda is quite comfortable discussing her abilities now after spending a lot of time and effort trying to keep them secret.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"200\" height=\"113\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ZAk32wCK18g?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Billy then tells his mom that his head feels weird and that it\u2019s \u201creally noisy.\u201d In <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/wandavision-episode-6-facts\/\">episode six of <em>WandaVision<\/em><\/a>, we saw Billy use his telekinetic powers for the first time to track Vision. It seems there is a lot going on some astral plane that Billy is sensing, or perhaps he has some things to learn about controlling his new powers.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tommy and Billy\u2019s video game controllers quickly morph into <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/gamecube-games-anime-adaptations\/\">Gamecube controllers<\/a>, then Atari controllers, and then hands of UNO cards. There seems to be some kind of impermanence to objects, which might be related to the way that Wanda alters objects\u00a0from the outside world, such as Monica\u2019s bulletproof vest, into something that fits her fantasy world of Westview. Or perhaps time in Westview is unstable, which is more likely seeing as these gaming components are from different decades. Could this be linked to the way the people of Westview have been moving forward decades at a time?\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As\u00a0<em>WandaVision<\/em> moves towards <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/wandavision-unbelievable-actor-unknown\/\">what should be an action-packed finale<\/a>, episode seven should raise the stakes.
