Now fans of the famous ship can once again sail around with some Jackdaw-inspired items in\u00a0<em>Assassin&#8217;s Creed Valhalla<\/em>, but they\u00a0won&#8217;t be around forever.<\/p>\n<p><em>Assassin&#8217;s Creed Valhalla<\/em> has been out for about four months now, and developer Ubisoft recently added a free update to the game. The <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/assassins-creed-valhalla-river-raids-explained\/\">River Raids update<\/a> allows players to participate in a bit of Norse piracy as they raid villages, monasteries, and military camps for new loot and rewards. Eivor will travel to different raiding areas in a new and fully customizable longship exclusive to the River Raids update, and now players can customize the longship with\u00a0<em>Black Flag<\/em> inspired items.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/assassins-creed-valhalla-dlc-online-multiplayer\/\">Assassin&#8217;s Creed Valhalla Should Bring Back Online Multiplayer in a Unique Way<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In a tweet from Ubisoft, the developer detailed the items up for grabs and what players need to do to get them. From February 16 to 23, those looking to get the Jackdaw items must complete a few specific River Raid Challenges in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/assassins-creed-valhalla\/\"><em>Assassin&#8217;s Creed Valhalla<\/em><\/a>. The customized longship hull and\u00a0<em>Black Flag\u00a0<\/em>sails are already available for everyone, considering the\u00a0<em>Assassin&#8217;s Creed Valhalla<\/em> community was required to play the River Raid mode 1 million times and has already done so.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/UbisoftConnect\/status\/1361725286463791114?ref_src=https:\/\/gamerant.com\/assassins-creed-valhalla-black-flag-items\/twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1361725286463791114%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_c10&#038;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.gamesradar.com%2Fassassins-creed-valhalla-gets-black-flag-special-items-for-a-limited-time%2F%22 frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The second challenge must be completed by players individually. Playing the River Raids mode at least 5 times will unlock the tailpiece on the longship and playing the mode 10 times will unlock the skull with ram horns figurehead. After February 23, these items will no longer be obtainable, so aspiring raiders looking to search for <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/assassins-creed-valhalla-find-river-raid-keys-what-they-do\/\">River Raid keys<\/a> in full black sail have 4 days left.<\/p>\n<p>The free River Raids update for\u00a0<em>Assassin&#8217;s Creed Valhalla<\/em> has added more than just expanded river raid opportunities. Finding those River Raid keys can net players some rare goods, as they open chests that contain pieces of the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/assassins-creed-valhalla-get-saint-georges-armor\/\">Saint George armor set<\/a>. This armor set is quite good, as it comes with a sword and shield and provides bonuses to attack power and speed.<\/p>\n<p>The River Raids update has also allowed players to <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/assassins-creed-valhalla-drengiligr-dagger-ragnar-lothbrok-guide\/\">obtain the Drengiligr Dagger<\/a>, also known as the dagger of Ragnar Lothbrok.
