Of the games unveiled during the most recent Nintendo Direct,\u00a0Mario Golf: Super Rush\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>was one that many fans were likely not expecting. It has been nearly seven years since the last installment in the\u00a0Mario Golf\u00a0<\/em>series, and\u00a0Mario Golf: Super Rush\u00a0<\/em>looks like it could make for fun multiplayer experience. Now, with Nintendo gearing the game up for its release in June, the studio revealed the game’s official box art.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Mario Golf\u00a0<\/em>series ranks high within some of the best golf games of all time<\/a>, but it has been awhile since one properly released. In fact, up until recently, it had been a long time since any sports-themed\u00a0Mario\u00a0<\/em>game had released. Now, with the release of a new\u00a0Mario Golf\u00a0<\/em>game on the horizon, Nintendo has shown its fans what the box art of the newest entry\u00a0will look like.<\/p>\n

In addition to Miitopia’s<\/em> box art<\/a>\u00a0revealed a few days ago, earlier today Nintendo revealed the box art for\u00a0Mario Golf: Super Rush<\/em>. The art itself is very minimalistic, primarily showing Mario hitting a golf ball with a few other characters in the background. It certainly features the same level of color and polish that’s expected of a first-party\u00a0Mario\u00a0<\/em>game.<\/p>\n
