The outspoken designer and director <a href=\"https:\/\/news.livedoor.com\/article\/detail\/18332936\/\">told a Japanese publication<\/a> a &ldquo;major&rdquo; project had been canceled. &ldquo;I&rsquo;m pretty pissed, but that&rsquo;s the games industry for you,&rdquo; he said.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/KW1bmal1VwQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Will we ever learn more about this doomed Kojima Productions game? It remains to be seen.&nbsp;As for his future, Kojima has said that&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2020\/01\/26\/kojima-anime-manga-movies-death-stranding\/\"  rel=\"noopener\">he would love to work on other mediums, including manga, anime and movies,<\/a>&nbsp;and the book he&rsquo;s written will <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2021\/02\/20\/hideo-kojima-book-english-translation\/\">soon get an English translation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>As per the VGC report, other games that Google has abandoned for Stadia include a project from Yu Suzuki and a sequel to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2020\/01\/27\/journey-to-the-savage-planet-review\/\">Journey to the Savage Planet<\/a>, too.
