It’s been a long week in the video game world, and while massive news headlines didn’t leap out every second of the day like they did last week, there’s still a lot for Cameron and Anthony to talk about in Game Rant Arcade Episode 11. With Frogwares drama and an\u00a0Elden Ring\u00a0<\/em>leak<\/a>, there’s a wide variety of topics to breakdown.<\/p>\n

Kicking things off, The Pokemon Company made a number of major announcements during a recent live stream, debuting the much-anticipated\u00a0Pokemon Diamond\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0Pearl\u00a0<\/em>remakes that fans have been clamoring for. On top of that, though, the team also revealed\u00a0Pokemon Legends Arceus<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>an open-world game with a resemblance to\u00a0Breath of the Wild.<\/em><\/p>\n

There’s a chance that those games will coincide with the Nintendo Switch Pro<\/a>, which is reportedly debuting this year, according to Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier. The upgraded console is said to boast 4K resolutions while docked and a 720p OLED screen, but price and a number of other details remain a mystery. It could very well land in time for\u00a0Breath of the Wild 2,\u00a0<\/em>though, a fact that might push more people into picking one up.<\/p>\n

On top of all that, Henry Cavill might be teasing involvement in some sort of\u00a0Mass Effect\u00a0<\/em>project, but it isn’t entirely clear. Frogwares is wrapped up in drama with publisher Nacon ov<\/a>er<\/a>\u00a0The Sinking City<\/a>,\u00a0<\/em>and an\u00a0Elden Ring\u00a0<\/em>trailer leak has a lot of similarities to the\u00a0Dark Souls\u00a0<\/em>franchise, leaving fans with more questions than answers about what the game will be.<\/p>\n
