On the other hand,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/mount-and-blade-bannerlord\/\"><em>Mount\u00a0and Blade 2: Bannerlord<\/em><\/a>\u00a0turns diplomacy into cut\u00a0and dry\u00a0mechanics with overly simplistic equations where success can be guaranteed if your score is above a variable for the NPC. So, one fan decided to put the two together.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"related-single\">RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/crusader-kings-3-pro-tips-to-level-up-rule\/\">Crusader Kings 3: Pro Tips To Level Up Your Rule<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A\u00a0mod called &#8220;Crusader Blade&#8221; is being built that seems to offer the best of both worlds: generate intrigue, policy, and diplomacy\u00a0from\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/crusader-kings-3-patch-1-3-poetry\/\"><em>Crusader Kings 3<\/em><\/a>,\u00a0while sending players into\u00a0<em>Mount\u00a0and\u00a0 Blade 2: Bannerlord<\/em>\u00a0for battles. The mod generates the terrain, equipment, troops, and even the game character from\u00a0<em>Crusader King 3<\/em> and passes it to <em>Mount\u00a0and Blade 2:<\/em>\u00a0<em>Bannerlord<\/em> for users to cry havoc. Upon victory or defeat, the data is then passed back to\u00a0<em>Crusader Kings 3<\/em> and users continue to play from the result of the battle.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"200\" height=\"113\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jk--4hAtrOY?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>This allows military commanders that have the tactical ability and combat prowess to shift the tides of war in their favor, but the implications could stretch beyond this.\u00a0<em>Crusader Kings 3<\/em> offers cooperative play that can struggle to maintain its pacing, and it is plausible that this mod may allow <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/best-co-op-games-different-genres\/\">cooperative play<\/a> in\u00a0<em>Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord<\/em> as players load into the title together. The campaign would be based on\u00a0<em>Crusader Kings 3<\/em>, however, and it&#8217;s also worth noting that the developer has not yet confirmed this.<\/p>\n<p>The mod is in its infancy, as there is still a multitude of issues that will need to be figured out. Not every <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/crusader-kings-3-declare-war-how-win-raise-armies-levies-troops\/\">battle that occurs within\u00a0<em>Crusader Kings 3<\/em><\/a> is worth playing: cleaning up after a battle to wipe small splinters\u00a0of an opposing military could become an arduous process with all the loading across the platforms. Further, troops in\u00a0<em>Crusader Kings 3<\/em> do not have immediate parity with those in\u00a0<em>Mount\u00a0and Blade 2: Bannerlord.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Crusader Blade currently has a <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/game-informer-minnmax\/\">Patreon page<\/a>\u00a0where the developer is requesting financial assistance to turn the mod into everything players are dreaming of.
