V1 Interactive was founded back in 2015 by Marcus Lehto, the co-creator of the Halo franchise at Bungie.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We are sad to inform you that V1 Interactive is officially closing,&rdquo; the studio wrote on Twitter.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We want to thank all the talented people at V1, both past and present, who helped make the last 5 years wonderful.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;And a heartfelt thanks to the amazing community that supported us.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/game_fabricator\/status\/1368986786941214723\"  rel=\"noopener\">In a post on Twitter<\/a>, Lehto said that management had been open about the fact things weren&rsquo;t going well for the developer for some time in order to give staff time to find new roles.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;At V1, our priority has been to the wellbeing of our employees,&rdquo; Lehto said.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We&rsquo;ve been transparent with them about the state of things for months and are making this decision now so they still have ample time to search for new jobs while being supported by our studio.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2019\/07\/11\/halo-socom-v1-new-shooter-disintegration\/\"  rel=\"noopener\">Disintegration was revealed<\/a> in July 2019.
