There are various features from past Halo<\/em> games that some players would like to see make a comeback in\u00a0Halo Infinite<\/em><\/strong>.\u00a0While fans speculate about Halo Infinite’s<\/em> release<\/a>, there are still questions about what features will make their way into the new game.<\/p>\n

Recently, 343 Industries held a fan Q&A called Halo Infinite<\/em><\/a> – Zeta Halo that gave fans a chance to see just what they can expect from the game. During the Q&A, the developer confirmed\u00a0various features that will\u00a0be available in the game as well as what wouldn’t be in the game. One of those features that won’t be returning in Halo Infinite<\/em> is playable Elites.<\/p>\n

For years now, there have been fans who have wanted to see a return of the option for playable Elites in Halo<\/em> games. The last Halo<\/em> game to feature playable Elites was Bungie’s last Halo<\/em> game, Halo: Reach<\/em><\/a>,\u00a0where the prequel featured playable Elites for\u00a0a specific game mode. Since then, playable Elites have not returned to the game franchise due to technical reasons as part of the last few games’ development.\u00a0This time, though, there’s a little more to it than that.<\/p>\n
