One Redditor named Some_MelonCat has been helping to keep the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/bugsnax\/\"><em>Bugsnax<\/em><\/a> jokes alive, as they have been sharing an edited video game cover every day for the past few weeks.<\/p>\n<p>The Redditor promised to edit game covers to fit the <em>Bugsnax<\/em> tone every day \u201cuntil [they] get bored,\u201d with the result being 17 days of fully unique game covers. Many covers include the line \u201ckinda bug and kinda snack\u201d from <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/bugsnax-song-summer-game-fest\/\">Bugsnax&#8217;s catchy theme song<\/a> as well. Day one began with <em>Spider-Man: Miles Morales<\/em>, with the dedicated and talented <em>Bugsnax<\/em> player remembering to keep the hyphen from the webslinger\u2019s title intact. The subtitle font is kept as well, adding to the edit\u2019s quality.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/Gamingcirclejerk\/comments\/lswqli\/i_will_edit_games_into_bugsnax_every_day_until_i\/?utm_source=share&#038;utm_medium=mweb\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/bugsnax-ps4-to-ps5-save-transfer-update\/\">Bugsnax Update Adds PS4 to PS5 Save Transfers<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Days 2 and 3 saw the covers for <em>Psychonauts<\/em> and <em>Cyberpunk<\/em> edited, with the phrase \u201cBugsnax 2077\u201d being hard not to smile at. <em>Bioshock<\/em> and<em> Elden Ring<\/em> game next, with <em>Skyrim<\/em> making up the sixth day of <em>Bugsnax<\/em> cover edits. Day 7\u2019s cover was particularly memorable, though, as it saw the cover of the first Dying Light game fitting well with the meme. After all, with part of the focus in <em>Bugsnax<\/em> being how appetizing the bugs are, seeing <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/call-of-duty-state-of-decay-dying-light-zombies-video-games\/\">hordes of hungry zombies<\/a> fits well with theme.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/sbubby\/comments\/lxl87x\/i_will_edit_games_into_bugsnax_every_day_until_i\/?utm_source=share&#038;utm_medium=mweb\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The second week of covers began with <em>Minecraft<\/em>, and the stylized font for the game\u2019s title allowed Some_MelonCat to put their skills on display once again. Day 9 saw the first game in <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/halo-games-dual-wielding\/\">the <em>Halo<\/em> franchise<\/a> edited to fit with the joke, while <em>Borderlands 3<\/em>\u2019s psycho saw the <em>Bugsnax<\/em> title floating above his head on day 10. Day 11 was particularly strong, however, as it saw <em>Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater<\/em> becoming \u201cBug Snax Solid.\u201d Big Boss\u2019s salute on the cover only adds to the hilarity, setting a new standard for the meme.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/sbubby\/comments\/m0l0nr\/i_will_edit_games_into_bugsnax_every_day_until_i\/?utm_source=share&#038;utm_medium=mweb\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Day 12 and Day 13 saw <em>Terraria<\/em> and<em> Disco Elysium<\/em> getting some love, with Some_MelonCat giving Geralt of Rivia\u2019s standout adventure some love for Day 14. \u201cThe Bugsnax: Kinda Snack\u201d is a brilliant title, after all, with this<em> Witcher 3<\/em> creation followed up by &#8220;Bugsnax V&#8221; \u2014 a clever rework of the <em>Battlefield 5<\/em> cover. Day 16 saw <em>Forza Horizon 4<\/em>\u2019s cover altered, while Day 17 proved to be a strong finale due to a detailed <em>Danganronpa<\/em> edit.
