The typically candid Tom Holland has been discussing Spider-Man: No Way Home<\/a>\u00a0<\/b><\/em>during the press junket for his Apple TV+ drama,\u00a0Cherry<\/em>.\u00a0However, the actor has now\u00a0stated that he\u2019d love to reunite with his\u00a0Spider-Man<\/em>\u00a0co-star Zendaya on HBO\u2019s Euphoria<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Holland and Zendaya first shared the screen in 2017\u2019s\u00a0Spider-Man: Homecoming<\/em>\u00a0and they are set to reprise their roles as Peter Parker\/Spider-Man and MJ in\u00a0Spider-Man: No Way Home<\/em><\/a>. The film is being directed by Jon Watts and will take place following the latest sequel,\u00a0Spider-Man: Far From Home<\/em>. Holland has asserted that\u00a0No Way Home<\/em>\u00a0is the\u00a0most ambitious standalone superhero film he\u2019s ever been a part of. The 24-year-old star has also promised his third Spider-Man<\/em> film will deliver everything audiences might expect from a superhero blockbuster.<\/p>\n

Holland\u00a0has revealed that his Spider-Man contract ends after\u00a0No Way Home<\/em><\/a>.\u00a0<\/em>The actor made his MCU debut in\u00a0Captain America: Civil War<\/em>\u00a0and has played Peter Parker in five films to date.\u00a0Noting how lucky he is to have landed the role, Holland has made clear that he would be willing to continue playing Spider-Man\u00a0if the powers that be are interesting in working with him again.<\/p>\n

While Holland\u2019s future in the MCU is uncertain, he has made it clear that he would love to have a cameo in Zendaya’s HBO series\u00a0Euphoria<\/em><\/a>\u00a0with\u00a0fellow Spider-Man\u00a0<\/em>co-star Jacob Batalon. During an interview with Collider, Holland said, \u201cI’d love to be in\u00a0Euphoria<\/em>, but with Jacob Batalon. I’d love for us to just be in the background of one of Zendaya\u2019s scenes, just because they’re two of my best friends and I would love to do anything with them, but also I love that show so it’d be nice to be a part of that.\u201d The HBO series premiered in 2019 and was created by Sam Levinson. Zendaya plays Rue Bennet, a recovering teenage drug addict who struggles to find her place in the world. Not only did the series take home three Emmys last year, but Zendaya also became the youngest Emmy winner\u00a0for Best Lead Actress in Drama and the second Black woman to win the prestigious award.<\/p>\n

Zendaya and Holland have a busy few years in front of them. Holland\u00a0will play\u00a0Nathan Drake in Uncharted<\/em><\/a>, an upcoming\u00a0live-action movie adaptation of the best-selling video game series of the same name.\u00a0The film is a prequel to the game series and will focus on a much younger version of the character. Holland has said that if Indiana Jones and James Bond had had a baby, it would be Nathan Drake.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Zendaya will next be seen playing Chani in\u00a0director Denis Villeneuve\u2019s\u00a0Dune<\/em><\/a>. The long-awaited thriller is based on Frank Herbert\u2019s 1965 science-fiction novel, which takes place roughly 20,000 years in the future. The film\u2019s loaded ensemble cast includes\u00a0Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet\u00a0as\u00a0Paul Atreides,\u00a0Rebecca Ferguson\u00a0as\u00a0Lady Jessica,\u00a0Oscar Isaac\u00a0as Duke\u00a0Leto Atreides, and\u00a0Josh Brolin\u00a0as\u00a0Gurney Halleck. After numerous pandemic-related delays,\u00a0Dune\u00a0<\/em>is set to premiere in theatres and on HBO Max this October.<\/p>\n

Spider-Man: No Way Home<\/b><\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>is scheduled to be released on December 17, 2021.<\/p>\n
