A &#8220;suspend my game&#8221; button has officially been added for users of the early-access service, allowing\u00a0them to put their currently active games on standby\u00a0while organizing downloads on the &#8220;Manage Queue&#8221; page.<\/p>\n<p>For those wondering exactly why the feature has been added, Xbox&#8217;s Engineering Lead Eden Marie explained the use of the button to players via Twitter,\u00a0clarifying that it will offer more options when it comes to downloading games. According to Marie, suspending games will speed up downloads on the Xbox Series X and S while\u00a0ensuring the user&#8217;s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/xbox-series-x-s-quick-resume-features\/\">quick\u00a0resume<\/a> is preserved. Marie also reveals that the update brings new banners in the full library page, with the engineering lead claiming it &#8220;will take you to more useful categories.&#8221; Both seem like\u00a0helpful additions to the Xbox dashboard, offering users\u00a0more options when it comes to downloading games or finding categories.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/neonepiphany\/status\/1371915268251787264\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Microsoft has been making headlines across the industry over the past few weeks, offering a slate of new announcements regarding what&#8217;s to come for the company.\u00a0It recently revealed that Xbox Game Pass will welcome an influx of new games, <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/outriders-game-pass\/\">including People Can Fly&#8217;s upcoming co-op shooter\u00a0<em>Outriders<\/em><\/a>\u00a0as well as\u00a0<em>Octopath Traveler, Star Wars: Squadrons, Empire of Sin,\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em>Undertale<\/em><em>.\u00a0<\/em>Its recent Bethesda acquisition has also loaded up the service&#8217;s library, including titles such as\u00a0<em>Skyrim, Oblivion, Prey, Dishonored, The Evil Within, Wolfenstein: The New Order,\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0<em>Fallout 4.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On top of that, the company has recently\u00a0discussed a brand new feature it&#8217;s integrating to ensure backward compatible games run at their best. Known as <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/bethesda-elder-scrolls-dishonored-xbox-fps-boost-march-2021\/\">FPS Boost<\/a>, the addition takes older games and enhances their frame rate, making them run smoother and deliver modernized\u00a0gameplay experiences. The lineup of titles currently featuring FPS Boost is fairly stacked, boasting the likes of\u00a0<em>Skyrim, Prey, Dishonored, UFC 4, Super Lucky&#8217;s Tale, Far Cry 4, Watch Dogs 2,\u00a0<\/em>and a few others.
