Elden Ring<\/strong><\/em> fans are still waiting on a release date for the fantasy-action role playing game, and they’ve been busy trying to pass the time until a major announcement arrives from developer FromSoftware. For a short while fans were tuned into a series of\u00a0Elden Ring<\/em> leaks which turned out to be fake<\/a>, all stemming from a leaked gameplay trailer that showed some dragons and a sword-wielding enemy similar to one seen in concept art for the game. Now fans are finding other ways to occupy themselves, and one\u00a0Elden Ring<\/em> enthusiast has decided to turn game director Hidetaka Miyazaki into the Terminator.<\/p>\n

Miyazaki is the president of FromSoftware and the mind behind the\u00a0Souls<\/em> series, which\u00a0Elden Ring<\/em>\u00a0reportedly takes some inspiration from. Miyazaki was pivotal to the success of the early\u00a0Souls<\/em> series game\u00a0Demon’s Souls<\/em>, as FromSoftware believed the game would flop and therefore gave Miyazaki some extra creative freedom. Since then, Miyazaki has taken the lead on the highly successful Souls<\/em> series and has also worked on other games with similar aesthetics and combat, including\u00a0Bloodborne<\/em> and 2019 Game of the Year winner\u00a0Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Though Miyazaki is collaborating with the\u00a0Game of Thrones<\/em> series writer George R. R. Martin,\u00a0Elden Ring<\/em><\/a> fans still believe he is the visionary behind the project and are anxiously awaiting news that will finally give the game a release date. One\u00a0Elden Ring<\/em> fan has decided to spend their time waiting by expertly placing Miyazaki’s face onto\u00a0Arnold Schwarzenegger’s body in key scenes from the\u00a0Terminator<\/em> movies. The result is quite hilarious, and fans can imagine this might be Miyazaki’s response to all the leakers of fake\u00a0Elden Ring<\/em> news.<\/p>\n
