It’s been a big few weeks for Apex Legends<\/em><\/strong>, as the popular battle royale from Respawn Entertainment has finally expanded onto the Nintendo Switch<\/a>. While it may not be a technical revelation like its counterparts on the other platforms, it has opened doors to a new audience. Either way, Respawn continues to bring new content and updates to the experience including the current Ring Fury LTM.<\/p>\n

In addition to new platforms and content, Respawn appears to have plenty of new things on the way with developers teasing that the Season 9 character being appealing to the Japanese fanbase as well as the potential addition of a unique War Games event and the potential return of a villain<\/a>. However, more immediate changes have finally arrived for the game through Twitch drops adding even more free content for players to dig into.<\/p>\n

The news shouldn’t be too surprising as other Electronic Arts titles have already tapped into Twitch Drops, rewarding players for watching streams on the Twitch platform. Simply getting involved with specific streams and checking out competitive events will reward those who have their EA Account linked.<\/p>\n
