During the hype cycle for\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/justice-league\/\"><em>Zack Snyder&#8217;s Justice League<\/em><\/a><\/strong>, the director often remarked that he was a big fan of a black and white cut of the film, teasing a second release of the film which has been trending under the name\u00a0<em>Justice is Gray<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, a Twitch streamer by the name\u00a0MANvsGame hosted a charity live stream in order to raise money for the\u00a0American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Snyder has also been heavily involved in the organization&#8217;s fundraising efforts and made a guest appearance on this stream, in particular, along with <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/joe-manganiello-deathstroke-warner-bros\/\">Snyder Cut actor\u00a0Joe Manganiello<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"related-single\">RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/justice-league-synder-cut-best-movie-comparison\/\">Justice League Vs. The Snyder Cut: Which Version Is Better?<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>As a special treat for those who tuned in, the team unveiled a sneak preview of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/justice-league-black-white-edition-zack-snyder\/\"><em>Justice is Gray<\/em> version of\u00a0<em>Justice League<\/em><\/a>, showcasing one scene for the new version of the film. The scene shown off features Ben Affleck&#8217;s Bruce Wayne and Jeremy Irons&#8217; Alfred discussing their plan to resurrect Superman using the Motherboxes, and will no doubt be familiar for those who recently watched the Snyder Cut on HBO Max.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/snydercut\/status\/1373424594787446786?s=20\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>While this scene, in particular, is still seen in the current version of\u00a0<em>Zack Snyder&#8217;s Justice League<\/em>, reports have gone around suggesting that the\u00a0<em>Justice is Gray<\/em> cut of the film may have alternate scenes, including a different version of <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/justice-league-jared-leto-joker-meme-ad-libbed\/\">the confrontation between Batman and Jared Leto&#8217;s Joker<\/a>. This has not been directly confirmed, but the Snyder Cut Twitter account has\u00a0announced that the black and white version of the film will hit HBO Max &#8220;soon.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s certainly been a wild ride for fans of the DC film universe. From the theatrical cut of\u00a0<em>Justice League<\/em>&#8216;s dismal reception all the way to <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/justice-league-snyder-cut-watch-skip\/\">the release of\u00a0<em>Zack Snyder&#8217;s Justice League<\/em><\/a>,\u00a0no one can say that the fans haven&#8217;t been invested in Snyder&#8217;s vision for the superhero team-up. Now with one, presumably final, version of the film headed for streaming, the book seems set to close for good on Snyder&#8217;s DC universe.<\/p>\n<p>Whatever happens, hopefully, the\u00a0<em>Justice is Gray<\/em> cut is warmly received, and fans get all they asked for and more out of the whole release.
