Today, it was confirmed that the game is one step closer to its anticipated release at the end of next month, with Housemarque<\/a> revealing that the title has officially gone gold and is now ready to hit shelves.<\/p>\n

The announcement was made via the studio’s Twitter account, which gave thanks to the hardworking developers involved in bringing Returnal<\/em>\u00a0to life while also\u00a0praising\u00a0PlayStation Studios for its continued support. The title will officially launch on April 30, exclusively for the PlayStation 5<\/a>.<\/p>\n

She soon learns that she’s not alone on this extraterrestrial world, as she’s stalked by an array of monstrous creatures and other enemies she has to vanquish. The game will feature\u00a0a myriad of interesting mechanics and gameplay features, including the presence of a time loop that sees Selene awaken at the beginning of her adventure each time she falls in battle.<\/p>\n
