While 343 itself hasn&#8217;t revealed much in regards to story beats or characters that will potentially appear in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/halo-infinite\/\"><em>Halo Infinite<\/em><\/a>, an actor who allegedly worked on the game let slip some details that give fans an idea of what to expect from the narrative.<\/p>\n<p>In a Fadam and Friends podcast appearance, actor Verlon Roberts let slip that he has been working on\u00a0<em>Halo Infinite<\/em>, providing voice and motion capture work for the character Spartan Griffin. Furthermore, Roberts indicated that he has recorded scenes with Master Chief&#8217;s actor, meaning the two characters must meet at some point in the story. Roberts also suggested that the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/halo-infinite-leak-release-date-spartan-griffin\/\">new\u00a0<em>Halo Infinite<\/em> release date<\/a> would be some time in November, though it must be stressed that none of this has been confirmed by 343 Industries or Microsoft at the time of this writing.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/halo-infinite-audio-design-developer-update\/\">Halo Infinite Developer Update Details Audio Design<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Casual\u00a0<em>Halo<\/em> fans likely have no idea who Spartan Griffin is, but diehards may recognize the name from the\u00a0<em>Halo: Shadows of Reach\u00a0<\/em>novel or the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/halo-mega-bloks-footage-details-511\/\">Mega Bloks toys<\/a> that have been made based on the character. For those who don&#8217;t know who Spartan Griffin is, here&#8217;s a brief summary, though be warned that there actually isn&#8217;t a whole lot that is known about this particular\u00a0<em>Halo<\/em> character just yet.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"200\" height=\"113\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Awj5FVlhu90?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Spartan Griffin has made a singular appearance in\u00a0<em>Halo<\/em> media, having appeared in the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/halo-shadow-of-reach-book-infinite\/\"><em>Halo: Shadows of Reach<\/em> novel<\/a>. Spartan Griffin is part of Fireteam Taurus, which also consists of Spartans Vettel, Oshiro, and Dimka. In <em>Shadows of Reach<\/em>, Spartan Griffin and the other members of Fireteam Taurus go on a mission to the planet Reach.\u00a0Beyond these details, there isn&#8217;t much else that&#8217;s known about Spartan Griffin, and so fans can likely expect his backstory to be more fully-fleshed out in the upcoming\u00a0<em>Halo Infinite<\/em> video game.<\/p>\n<p>Griffin&#8217;s mission to the planet Reach puts the Spartan in conflict with <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/halo-infinite-banished-who\/\">the Banished<\/a>, who are set to be the primary antagonists of\u00a0<em>Halo Infinite<\/em>.
