Dr Disrespect is one of the largest streaming personalities, well known for his loud, bombastic character and skilled FPS gameplay. And now he’s released a book titled\u00a0Violence. Speed. Momentum.<\/em><\/p>\n

Dr Disrespect is a streaming personality performed by Herschel “Guy” Beahm IV, who\u00a0started streaming full time in 2015 after leaving a level designer position at Sledgehammer Games. The character of Dr Disrespect is energetic, frantic, and loud, which saw him quickly build a following on Twitch. Known primarily for playing battle royale games like\u00a0Call of Duty: Warzone<\/em><\/a> and\u00a0PUBG<\/em>. He made headlines months ago after Twitch mysteriously banned him<\/a>\u00a0and he started streaming and posting videos on YouTube.<\/p>\n

Now, Dr Disrespect is bringing his trademark moustache and shades to bookshelves, with his new book releasing today. The book is a memoir written entirely in Dr Disrespect’s usual explosive candor<\/a>, although it is unclear if the details within are to flesh out Dr Disrespect as a character, or if it is a more open telling about Herschel Beahm. Regardless, the book description describes it as having the “rhythm of a sleazy ’70s muscleman and the ruthlessness of a ’90s serial killer.” The book also claims to share Dr Disrespect’s “deepest, most intimate secrets” and “the untold history of his mysterious, legendary origins.”<\/p>\n
