Recent rumors have sparked multiple discussions revolving around the possibility of a Call of Duty: Warzone <\/em><\/strong>1980s Map. This would involve redesigning several key locations across the landscape and retheming the game environment into a 1980s Verdansk. Call of Duty: Warzone<\/em><\/a> has gone through map changes before, but several key locales could easily benefit from a 1980s Warzone <\/em>redesign.<\/p>\n

While there is still no guarantee of what will happen in Call of Duty: Warzone’s <\/em>future<\/a>, there is a heavy preference towards a map redesign. Many fans consider it a waste to simply destroy all of Verdansk, and moving Call of Duty: Warzone <\/em>into a 1980s Verdansk theme would be a good use of already existing assets. This solution has prompted many players to speculate on what sites could benefit most from a 1980s Warzone <\/em>rework beyond the brief trailer for it that recently leaked.<\/p>\n
