However, good reviews and great sales do not mean the game&#8217;s logic is bulletproof.<\/p>\n<p>A meme on Wednesday\u00a0pokes\u00a0fun at an everyday activity in <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/spider-man-miles-morales\/\"><em>Spider-Man: Miles Morales<\/em><\/a>. Specifically, it asks how Peter Parker ever got anything done without Miles\u2019 specific set of powers.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span class=\"related-single\">RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/spider-man-miles-morales-advanced-tech-suit-ps5\/\">Spider-Man: Miles Morales Update Adds Advanced Tech Suit and PS5-Exclusive Feature<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The meme, shared by manwithsomefear on Reddit, takes the form of a text conversation between Miles and Peter Parker. It begins with Morales asking Parker how the senior Spider-Man ever got along without him. Peter warns Miles not to get cocky before the latter clarifies that it was a serious question. Miles points out how seemingly every problem in the city is fixed by punching a generator with his electric powers and wonders how Peter dealt with that. Parker responds that this problem somehow just never came up, which Miles finds unbelievable.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/SpidermanPS4\/comments\/mhao9b\/miles_is_making_a_very_fair_point\/\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>While the meme is obviously a joke, it points out a noticeable hole in the logic of the game\u2019s universe. One Reddit user noted that Peter had an electric web gadget in <em>Marvel\u2019s Spider-Man<\/em> from 2018. However, another fan responded by pointing out that Parker didn&#8217;t get it until relatively late in the game. In that light, it\u2019s almost as if the games&#8217; universe went out of the way to cater to the new hero&#8217;s skill set.<\/p>\n<p>Still, a few nitpicks aside, players seem to be loving the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/spider-man-miles-morales-big-sales-hit\/\">latest <em>Spider-Man<\/em> game, which remained a big seller<\/a> well into February. <em>Spider-Man: Miles Morales<\/em> picks up two years after the 2018 <em>Spider-Man<\/em> game. The plot throws Miles headfirst into a brewing conflict between the corrupt Roxxon Energy Corporation and supervillain inventor The Tinkerer. It\u2019s Miles\u2019 job to protect Harlem from the schemes of both.<\/p>\n<p>The game had a difficult task filling the shoes of its predecessor. <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/spider-man-miles-morales-review-ps4\/\">Many reviewers believed that <em>Spider-Man: Miles Morales<\/em> managed to pull it off<\/a>. Although some felt it was too short and relied too heavily on the same basic gameplay formula. Still, Spider-Man PS4 subreddit contains\u00a0far more compliments than criticism. One highly rated post praised Insomniac Games for releasing the new <em>Miles-Morales<\/em> Advanced Tech Suit for free.\u00a0Others contrasted <em>Spider-Man: Miles Morales<\/em> with Square Enix\u2019s underperforming <em>Marvel\u2019s Avengers<\/em> game, and called out the latter for what they consider overpriced cosmetic packs.
