Managers and directors get even higher bonuses.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement to Blomberg, a CDP spokesperson said $29.8 million was dispersed between 865 employees, which averaged out to around $34,000 each.&nbsp;That said,&nbsp;five of the company&rsquo;s board members earned bonuses totaling $28 million.<\/p>\n<p>Four of the board who own around 33% of company stock, did lose some money this year when stock in CDP fell 57%, but the bonuses should soften the blow a bit.<\/p>\n<p>Co-CEO Adam Kicinski was asked on the investor&rsquo;s call about the large bonuses and said the monetary payouts were &ldquo;always&rdquo; tied to profits.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;We earned this money and the company earned this money, of course, but more net profits, more bonuses,&rdquo; said&nbsp;Kicinski. &ldquo;We have results, we get bonuses, and that&rsquo;s the contract we have.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>Cyberpunk 2077 was&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2020\/12\/11\/heres-highlight-funniest-glitches-cyberpunk-2077\/\">plagued with glitches<\/a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2021\/01\/04\/cd-projekt-lawsuit-cyberpunk-2077-response\/\">almost unplayable on Xbox One and PS4<\/a>&nbsp;at launch, and at the time of writing,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2020\/12\/18\/ps4-cyberpunk-2077-refund-sony\/\">the PS4 version of Cyberpunk 2077 is still deliste<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2020\/12\/18\/ps4-cyberpunk-2077-refund-sony\/\">d<\/a>&nbsp;from the PlayStation Store.<\/p>\n<p>The developer has been releasing patches and hotfixes for the game, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2021\/04\/28\/cyberpunk-2077-hotfix-1-2-2\/\">with the most recent<\/a> fixing some of the most frequently reported issues since the last patch and it introduces further improvements to stability and performance, which was also touched upon with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vg247.com\/2021\/04\/14\/cyberpunk-2077-hotfix\/\">the previous hotfix<\/a>.  <\/p>\n<p>CDP hopes to get the game to a state where it can continue to sell the game on various platforms &ldquo;for years to come.&rdquo;
