Mass Effect fans will particularly remember how close the character model is to the camera, especially in the first game.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"video\">\n<div class=\"video-container\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/n8i53TtQ6IQ?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=n8i53TtQ6IQ\"  rel=\"noopener\">Watch on YouTube<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/p>\n<p>Enter the Better Camera mod from creator Jade, which lets you tweak the field of view (FOV) for all three Mass Effect games in the Legendary Edition. Unfortunately, this isn&rsquo;t a slider you can tweak to your liking &ndash; you can only choose between from set FOVs: 80, 90 and 100 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>It&rsquo;s a bit annoying, especially since you may not always immediately figure out what the most optimal FOV for your setup is, but it&rsquo;s helpful nonetheless. Just make sure to download the right FOV file for the right game, since three sets of them exist for every Mass Effect. You can see and download everything at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nexusmods.com\/masseffectlegendaryedition\/mods\/17?tab=files\" rel=\"noopener\" >Nexus Mods<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>From there it&rsquo;s just a matter of backing up your Coalesced.bin file and replacing it with the modded one you downloaded.
