A report from Swedish outlet Breakit<\/a> (via GamesIndustry.biz<\/a>) revealed a company culture of bullying and silence at Paradox Interactive as an employee survey conducted by union groups shows. The survey also put a spotlight on the gender discrimination at play at the company.<\/p>\n Two unions – Unionen and Sveriges Ingenjörer – conducted a survey of corporate practices, and the results showed that almost half of the employees who took part commented on how they experienced some kind of mistreatment.
