We take on the role of soldiers on the front lines, and sometimes these player characters become mainstays\u00a0<span><span>\u2013<\/span><\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/b\/features\/archive\/2009\/09\/27\/feature-creating-character.aspx\" >Captain Price<\/a>\/Roach in Infinity Ward\u2019s original Modern Warfare trilogy and Mason\/Woods in Treyarch\u2019s Black Ops franchise. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gameinformer.com\/2021\/08\/19\/call-of-duty-vanguard-details-unveiled\" >Call of Duty: Vanguard<\/a> is the latest entry in the long-running CoD universe and its writers want the game\u2019s characters to be mainstays. Vanguard might end up being the first game in another Call of Duty trilogy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<aside>It is important to keep in mind what is going on within Activision Blizzard at this time regarding ongoing allegations about the work culture. The ongoing lawsuit from the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH) against the company is over reported toxic workplace culture.
