It looks like the next Apple antitrust<\/a> battle will take place in India<\/a>, as the company prepares its own competition law, which is closely modelled on Europe\u2019s Digital Markets Act (DMA). We learned last week that Japan is also close<\/a> to implementing its own version of the DMA.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s the DMA which has required Apple<\/a> to permit third-party App Stores<\/a>, as well as give iPhone users a proactive choice of web browser \u2026 <\/p>\n
