While <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/fortnite-deadpool-crossover\/\"><em>Fortnite<\/em> has had many crossover events<\/a>, this partnership with Marvel crosses cinematic universes to deliver a story that utilizes the X-Men and the Avengers. Many players are now beginning to undertake weekly challenges that are related to the new event but it seems that this collaboration will add more characters and have some longevity.<\/p>\n<p>Astute players will have noticed that once <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/fortnite-beat-doctor-doom\/\">Doctor Doom appeared in <em>Fortnite<\/em><\/a>\u00a0that the area known as\u00a0Pleasant Park was renamed to Doom&#8217;s Domain. Similarly, leaks now claim that other areas will be renamed and remodeled to accommodate other heroes and villains from the Marvel comics. Interestingly, frequent <em>Fortnite<\/em> leaker HYPEX believes that an area will be changed to match the style of Black Panther rather than the existing heroes who are in the title.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/fortnite-floating-rings-locations-season-4\/\">Fortnite Floating Rings Locations for Season 4<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The leaker claimed that an area by Misty Mountains will be changed to feature\u00a0&#8220;PantherMonument&#8221; and this has led to a great deal of speculation about Black Panther featuring in the game. The leak also claims that the update will appear in the middle of this season and will be accompanied by other updates to areas of the map and new abilities being integrated into the game. It seems that the Marvel crossover is going to be significant and the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/fortnite\/\"><em>Fortnite<\/em> <\/a>storyline that places heroes and villains against Galactus may be ongoing for some time. However, if this means that players will get skins for more heroes many will be happy to see future Marvel updates.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HYPEX\/status\/1298922315749699584?s=20\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/HYPEX\/status\/1298925671989862400?s=20\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>While leaks should be taken with a degree of skepticism, this continued Marvel partnership would make sense given the style in which Season 4 was unveiled. <em>Fortnite<\/em> has also claimed that more content would be arriving\u00a0during the season and fans hope this means that the Marvel crossover will produce more features. Many fans will be keen to see more\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/fortnite-nexus-war-chapter-2-season-4-available-marvel\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">heroes arrive in <em>Fortnite<\/em><\/a> in the coming months and if the title does explore this avenue then there will be more challenges and themed areas in the future.<\/p>\n<p>There is currently <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/fortnite-where-is-jennifer-walters-office-visit-location-she-hulk-awakening-challenges-skin-cosmetic\/\">plenty to do in <em>Fortnite<\/em><\/a>, but that does not mean fans will not look forward to having even more content.
