PUBG\u00a0<\/strong><\/em>announced Thursday that it\u00a0will soon add a long-awaited multiplayer mode.<\/p>\n

There are numerous modes available in\u00a0PUBG<\/a><\/em>, with\u00a0ranked and unranked variations. However, the game’s classic Solos mode, which has players competing to be the last person standing, has been omitted from ranked competition. Rather, the battle royale’s ranked modes have focused on squads.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0PUBG\u00a0<\/em>team will soon update the game with a Ranked Solo mode, according to\u00a0a statement from the\u00a0game’s support Twitter account. Its\u00a0statement says that the team has carefully worked to add the mode while ensuring the stability\u00a0of the game’s “other queues and modes.” Further, the statement promises to provide more\u00a0information as it becomes available.<\/p>\n
