Wasteland 3<\/em><\/strong>\u2019s world has tons of various oddities and interesting collectibles to collect throughout the game. Though Wasteland 3<\/em>\u2019s massive size and scope<\/a> can make finding all of those collectibles a bit challenging, it\u2019s a fun endeavor all the same.<\/p>\n

One of the oddest collectibles scattered throughout Wasteland 3<\/em><\/a>\u00a0embraces the game\u2019s post-apocalyptic fantasy setting. The collectibles in question are cyborg chickens that players can find throughout the game\u2019s world in various locations.<\/p>\n

The cyborg chickens can be found throughout Wasteland 3<\/em>\u2019s world and must be led back to the Ranger HQ. Doing so will unlock a unique companion for the rest of the game. There are a few important things to note about the cyborg chickens before players go out hunting them. First, it\u2019s necessary to have Wasteland 3<\/em>\u2019s general skill called Animal Whisperer<\/a>. This allows players to charm animals in and out of combat and will be necessary after finding the cyborg chickens. Players will need at least five points in Animal Whisperer by the time they find the last cyborg chicken.<\/p>\n

The first cyborg chicken is actually already at the Ranger\u2019s HQ chicken coup, so players will need to find the remaining four out in the dilapidated world of Wasteland 3<\/em><\/a>. The next cyborg chicken is found at the Garden of the Gods north of the pile of burning corpses. Players simply need to lead it back to the Ranger\u2019s HQ coup. The next available chicken to find is located at Sans Luxe Apartments behind a lock door.<\/p>\n

To unlock the door in the San Luxe Apartments, players will need to repair a generator in the building with a level five mechanics skill. The mechanics skill is an exploration skill players can upgrade when they spec their Wasteland 3<\/em> character<\/a>. The next chicken is located in Broadmoor Heights church. The chicken in Broadmoor Heights is fairly straightforward to find, being located in a room off to the side of the entrance to the church.<\/p>\n

To open the door players need to press a nearby button located on the far left side of the church\u2019s entrance. The final cyborg chicken is located in the Patriarch\u2019s Bunker found below Broadmoor Heights in the second room on the second floor of the bunker. Players should come prepared with a character who has a sneak skill of at least six, and Animal Whisperer at level five. Then, lead the final cyborg chicken back to the Ranger HQ, progress through the game, and eventually get the unique animal companion along the way. As one of August 2020’s biggest releases<\/a>, Wasteland 3<\/em> has a ton of side quests to see and do.<\/p>\n
