StudioCanal is reissuing director Paul Verhoeven’s\u00a0Total Recall<\/em> on 4K Blu-Ray for its 30th anniversary. The 4K reissue of the\u00a0Arnold Schwarzenegger\u00a0science fiction<\/a> action hit is currently scheduled to be released on November 23rd.<\/p>\n

The restored edition of Total Recall<\/em> will be available in a 5-disc 4K Ultra-HD Collector’s Edition that includes a double-sided poster, 6 art cards, a 48-page booklet, and the soundtrack by composer Jerry Goldsmith on CD. At this time, StudioCanal’s 4K Collector’s Edition of Total Recall <\/em>is only available to pre-order in the UK at Amazon and Zavii. However, Lionsgate is releasing a standard copy of\u00a0Total Recall<\/em>\u00a0on 4K + Digital Blu-ray as well as a Steelbook edition available in the U.S. on December 8th, 2020.<\/p>\n

“I just saw the 4K presentation of my movie and it\u2019s absolutely wonderful what Studiocanal and the restoration team have done. There is so much detail you could say it is three-dimensional. Bravo! I hope many people go and see this movie,” Verhoven said of the remastered edition during an interview with Empire. The outlet also unveiled an official trailer for the 4K release of Total Recall<\/em>, offering moviegoers a taste of high-quality picture and sound<\/a> for the reissued version.
