Players love a good crossover, especially when it involves fan favorite characters or worlds. Sometimes these crossovers don’t make a ton of sense, but they can work well anyway. This is the case with Magic: The Gathering<\/em>‘s Walking Dead<\/em> crossover<\/a>, and is the case with a lot of fighting franchises. The why of how two characters came to be fighting often matters less than how fun the fight is.<\/p>\n

It is with this attitude that a new game called\u00a0Bounty Battle<\/em><\/strong> is presenting itself to players.\u00a0Bounty Battle<\/em>\u00a0brings together several characters from different Indie games to battle for the fate of the multiverse. Its diverse roster and multi-series crossover premise already has players calling it the\u00a0Smash Bros.<\/em> of Indie games.<\/p>\n

To raise hype for the upcoming game, an animated trailer for Bounty Battle<\/em> was\u00a0recently released<\/a>. The trailer shows the various characters of the game being pulled from their own worlds into a barren arena. There, they face off against each other as even more characters pour in. It should be noted that unlike other Indie crossover\u00a0Indie Pogo<\/em>, and unlike\u00a0Smash Bros.<\/em>,\u00a0Bounty Battle<\/em> features more traditional fighting game mechanics.<\/p>\n
