All in all, Streets of Rage 4<\/em><\/strong> has widely been considered a glorious return for the classic beat-em-up franchise<\/a>, but many have agreed that there\u2019s still room for improvement. The good news is that much of that improvement is now available, as publisher and co-developer Dotemu has released a massive balancing patch for the game.<\/p>\n

After announcing last week that Streets of Rage 4<\/em> would be getting a balance update<\/a>, Dotemu, alongside fellow co-developers Lizardcube and Guard Crush Games, have finally released the new patch, which boasts dozens of enhancements, bug fixes, and balance changes across the entire game, all of which were tested out by the SOR4<\/em> community. These range from changes to individual characters like Axel and Cherry to general gameplay improvements like making special and star moves capable of interrupting any hitstun state on the ground.<\/p>\n
