However, one of the biggest draws for the game is how much freedom players are given to ride around and rack up combos by chaining tricks. As one developer has shown, there are huge\u00a0possibilities for how many crazy tricks dedicated players can pull off.<\/p>\n<p>Andy Gentile, better known as AndyTHPS on social media, was such an avid <em>Tony Hawk&#8217;s Pro Skater<\/em> player that he got to work\u00a0on titles like <em>Tony Hawk&#8217;s Underground<\/em>, and is now Senior Designer for <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/tony-hawks-pro-skater\/\"><em>Tony Hawk&#8217;s Pro Skater 1 + 2<\/em><\/a>. It&#8217;s unclear where the skateboarding game will sit in monthly round-ups by the end of September, but according to GamesIndustry.biz it has sold 448 percent higher than 2015&#8217;s <em>Tony Hawk&#8217;s Pro Skater 5<\/em>\u00a0when comparing their\u00a0first weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Clearly the developers at Vicarious Visions poured a lot of passion into this remake, as evidenced by\u00a0Gentile&#8217;s ability to tear apart his own game.
