A new weapon in\u00a0Call of Duty: Warzone <\/em><\/strong>is rising to the top of the meta, that being the R9-0 with the\u00a0notorious Dragon’s Breath rounds. This ammunition has a strong reputation for being lethal, explosive, and powerful, yet although many Warzone<\/em><\/a> fans will talk about this ammo type, not many seem to know where to find it.<\/p>\n

Like most things in Call of Duty: Warzone,\u00a0<\/em>players will have to complete a unique challenge<\/a> to unlock these competitive rounds. With a little work, the R9-0 Shotgun and a drive to win anyone can unlock this ammo and drop into their next match with a secret weapon.<\/p>\n

Gaining the Dragon’s Breath round requires players to equip the R9-0 shotgun<\/a> and complete a single challenge. Thankfully, this challenge is fairly simple as players\u00a0only have to obtain 10 kills while sliding to unlock the rounds, and the best part is this can all be completed in a single match. Once the 10 kills are logged, players can go right into Gunsmith and equip their newly earned firey ammo.\u00a0Players should keep\u00a0in mind that this ammo may affect players with low-tier systems due to packet loss issues in some reported cases<\/a>\u00a0when using this specific ammo.<\/p>\n

This challenge can be completec in Warzone <\/em>or Modern Warfare. <\/em>Some fans might find it easier to simply load into Multiplayer, enter Shoot the Ship<\/a>, and clear through the kills in a matter of rounds. Indeed, it is easier to complete this challenge on smaller maps like Shoothouse and Shipment due to the respawn time, short distances, and tons of viable targets.<\/p>\n

Players who try to complete this challenge in Warzone <\/em>should keep in mind that it only counts full kills. When an enemy is downed, players must finish off the kill for it to count towards this challenge. Another option, for players who want to avoid the entire challenge process, is to\u00a0purchase a R9-0 blueprint<\/a> with the attachment already equipped for fast access to the flaming rounds.<\/p>\n

The Dragon’s Breath rounds loadout is currently high in tiered in the Warzone <\/em>meta<\/a>, as it has a high probability of one-shot eliminating players in close combat situations. Players are advised to get the ammo and take advantage of its powerful potential before they get nerfed in the future. Still, these are lethal at close range, deadly at medium, and worth the effort to at least add to any player’s arsenal.<\/p>\n
