The original Dishonored<\/em> was a great game in its own right, featuring some amazing level design and gameplay that was tense and viscerally satisfying in every manner possible.<\/p>\n

Walking through an almost-abandoned spaceship feels as haunting as one might expect, and Prey<\/em> does a brilliant job of making its title as atmospheric and engaging as possible.<\/p>\n

When it comes to offering gamers with near-unlimited freedom to tackle their obstacles, no game pulls off this gameplay style better than Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n

It’s a testament to Kojima and his development team that, even after all the problems that the game had in development<\/a>, The Phantom Pain<\/em> still managed to be one of the greatest titles released in 2015<\/a> \u2014 a great year for gaming.<\/p>\n
