This showcase comes on the heels of NIS America&#8217;s flagship franchise <em>Disgaea<\/em> appearing in <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/disgaea-6-defiance-of-destiny-reveal-trailer\/\">the recent Nintendo Direct Mini<\/a>. Now NIS America is adding a few more titles to the mix.<\/p>\n<p>Over the course of the hour long panel, the NIS America team took time to lay out what kind of year 2021 will be for the company.<\/p>\n<p>\u30fbThe <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/trails-of-cold-steel-4-western-ps4-release-date\/\">previously announced <em>Trails of Cold Steel 4<\/em><\/a> was featured, with a release date of October 27th of this year for the PS4 version, with the Switch and PC versions slipping into 2021.<\/p>\n<p>\u30fbThe next chapter in the long-running franchise, <em>Ys,<\/em> is on the way with <em>Ys 9: Monstrum Nox<\/em> arriving on Playstation 4 on February 2nd,\u00a0and a summer 2021 release planned for Switch and PC. The niche title is running a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/ys-ix-monstrum-nox-reversible-cover-poll\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">fan poll to determine the box art for <em>Ys 9<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u30fb<em>Fallen Legion: Revenants<\/em> is an action-based sidescrolling RPG with an art style similar to Vanillaware&#8217;s games on its way to PS4 and Switch sometime in 2021.<\/p>\n<p>\u30fb<em>Saviors of Sapphire Wings &amp; Stranger of Sword City: Revisited<\/em> are a pair of dungeon-crawling RPGs that are re-releases of PS Vita titles. They ship together for PC &amp; Switch in 2021.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/nintendo-direct-mini-partner-showcase-9-17-2020-recap\/\">Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase for 9\/17\/2020 Recap<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The big reveal\u00a0during the information panel was the announcement that the game <em><strong>Poison Control<\/strong><\/em> is making its way over to Switch and PS4 in early 2021. In what NIS America is calling a &#8220;turf war-style action-RPG&#8221; the game features an unnamed protagonist who is tasked with purifying spirit realms known as &#8220;Belles&#8217; Hells.&#8221; The Belles&#8217; Hells are manifestations of the desires and delusions of unfortunate individuals, crawling with enemies known as Kleshas.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"480\" height=\"270\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IZck8HBCCDM?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The game has embraced a fully anime style, with at least a passing similarity to the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/persona-6-ps5-reveal-announcement-west\/\">art of the iconic <em>Persona<\/em> franchise<\/a>. With it being a new reveal for NIS America, the panel dove into gameplay showing off some of the mechanics of the game. The battle system has some depth to it, and the game looks to feature a number of cute anime girls for the protagonist to help.
