It’s been a little over five years the release of\u00a0Batman: Arkham Knight<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0and since then fans have been waiting for another new installment in the\u00a0Batman<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>series. While a new title called\u00a0Gotham Knights\u00a0<\/em>is currently in development at Warner Bros. Games, a toy company has developed figures for\u00a0two iconic characters from Rocksteady’s\u00a0Arkham\u00a0<\/em>series.<\/p>\n

The\u00a0Batman Arkham\u00a0<\/em>games<\/a> are beloved by many in the gaming community, as they feature tight combat mechanics, well-written characters\u00a0and\u00a0narratives, as well as\u00a0engaging worlds.\u00a0As a way of celebrating the\u00a0franchise, McFarlane Toys has announced pre-orders for\u00a0two\u00a0Batman-<\/em>related figures based on\u00a0Batman: Arkham Knight <\/em>and\u00a0Batman: Arkham Origins<\/em>.<\/p>\n

These figures first debuted at San Diego Comic Con<\/a>, which became\u00a0a digital event\u00a0in July. The first notable figure is Batman himself, based on the version of the character\u00a0from\u00a0Arkham Knight<\/em>.\u00a0While the figure only stands at seven-inches tall, it has a remarkable level of detail\u00a0and\u00a0also comes included with two accessories: The sword remote electric charge, and the remote-control Batarang.<\/p>\n

In addition to Batman, there is also a figure based on Slade Wilson, better known to many as\u00a0Deathstroke<\/a>. This figure is based on the version of Deathstroke featured in Arkham Origins,<\/em>\u00a0once again only stands at seven-inches tall, and much like the Batman figure, it\u00a0comes with an additional accessory: A katana. Both figures come with a figure base and a collectible art card. They are both available now for pre-order on Amazon for $19.99.<\/p>\n

These figures, along with numerous other\u00a0Batman-<\/em>related figurines shown off during\u00a0Comic Con @Home, are incredibly detailed and fun\u00a0collectibles for fans of the series. They are both near-identical to the level of detail and polish within Rocksteady’s\u00a0Batman Arkham<\/em>\u00a0series, and\u00a0this level of quality is to be expected from McFarlane Toys, which has also released figures for characters like Geralt of Rivia<\/a>.<\/p>\n

These figures should\u00a0satisfy some fans of the series as they await the release of\u00a0Gotham Knights<\/a><\/em>. Though\u00a0Gotham Knights<\/em>\u00a0does not take place in the Arkham<\/em> universe, it shares a lot of elements like gameplay design. However, there is also the\u00a0new\u00a0Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League\u00a0<\/em>game being developed by Rocksteady, which should help\u00a0to satiate\u00a0fans who have waited several years for a new game whenever it releases in 2022.<\/p>\n

Batman: Arkham Knight\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>is available now for PC, PS4, and Xbox One.<\/p>\n
