However, while players wait for developers to <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/mortal-kombat-11-dlc-characters-story-aftermath\/\">confirm\u00a0another similar expansion for <em>Mortal Kombat 11<\/em>,<\/a>\u00a0NetherRealm and publisher Warner Bros. are still releasing new seasonal skins packs for the game.<\/p>\n<p>Today, NetherRealm unveiled\u00a0<em>Mortal Kombat 11: Aftermath&#8217;s\u00a0<\/em>All Hallows&#8217; Eve Skin Pack with a new trailer on Twitter. Following up on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/mortal-kombat-11-klassic-femme-fatale-skin-pack\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Halloween teaser included in the announcement for the Klassic Femme Fatale<\/a> Skin Pack last month, the latest pack includes three horrifying new skins for players to try out.\u00a0This release is nine days earlier than anticipated, as previous reports claimed that the game&#8217;s Halloween pack was due on October 8.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/mortal-kombat-11-new-dlc-tease-ed-boon\/\">Mortal Kombat 11 Director Continues New DLC Teases With More Cryptic Clues<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>According to the trailer from the official\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/mortal-kombat-11\/\">Mortal Kombat 11<\/a>\u00a0<\/em>Twitter account, Johnny Cage will receive a &#8220;Beast Within&#8221; skin, giving him a hairy and muscular look, finished off with a red-and-white letterman jacket. Players can also customize the monstrous insectoid D&#8217;Vorah with a horror movie-like nurse costume using the &#8220;Bad Medicine&#8221; skin. Finally, in a bow to his chilling powers, <em>Mortal Kombat 11<\/em>&#8216;s latest DLC\u00a0is giving the classic character Sub-Zero the &#8220;Blizzard King&#8221; skin, which gives the character a new set of armor and a crown of ice. Each character received some gameplay footage showing off their new cosmetics.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MortalKombat\/status\/1310957505468444672\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Fans met the three new skins with a mixed reception. For the most part, <em>Mortal Kombat 11\u00a0<\/em>players left positive comments on\u00a0the three skins, with\u00a0Sub-Zero&#8217;s new helmet emerging as a fan favorite.\u00a0But while some complimented how the three new skins, others expressed disappointment that other overlooked characters did not receive new looks. For example,\u00a0one user pointed out that <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/mortal-kombat-best-worst-versions-of-johnny-cage\/\">Johnny Cage already had four skins<\/a> to choose from and called for NetherRealm to update other characters.\u00a0More demanding fans also asked about when they could expect NetherRealm to <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/mortal-kombat-11-dlc-characters-rain-ed-boon-tease\/\">release new DLC characters for <em>Mortal Kombat 11<\/em><\/a><i>\u00a0<\/i>instead. However, it is important to know that original additions to the game would likely require more time.<\/p>\n<p>Despite some criticism, the\u00a0All Hallows&#8217; Eve Skin Pack also seems like an addition to\u00a0<em>Mortal Kombat 11\u00a0<\/em>that should appeal to\u00a0fans of the classic and modern games can enjoy.
