Mediatonic has been busy preparing the <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/fall-guys-update-1-07-big-yeetus-anti-cheat\/\">updates for a\u00a0new <em>Fall Guys<\/em> season<\/a>, but it seems on top of brand new levels and rewards,\u00a0the game will also be introducing some new customization features.<\/p>\n<p>Oliver Hindle, community manager for <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/tag\/fall-guys\/\"><em>Fall Guys<\/em><\/a>, previewed a new customizable nameplate feature that is coming to <em>Fall Guys<\/em> Season 2 on Twitter. On top of outfits and theatrics, players will be able to access a new tab that allows them to customize a banner and nickname for their character. Some of the banner icons shown include\u00a0a crown, watermelon, pizza and the Pride flag, with nicknames such as\u00a0&#8216;cool bean&#8217; and &#8216;big yeeted.&#8217; Hindle said the\u00a0community will\u00a0be able to suggest nicknames for future updates.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"related-single\"><strong>RELATED: <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/fall-guys-tips-win-crowns\/\">Fall Guys &#8211; Obscure Tips to Help You Win Crowns<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Customizable nameplates are\u00a0likely to be a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thegamer.com\/fall-guys-together-matchmaking\/\"  rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">popular new feature for <em>Fall Guys<\/em><\/a>, particularly for\u00a0PC players who haven&#8217;t been able to change their names from a pre-assigned number. PlayStation players have their PSN IDs appear in-game, but the addition of nameplates will make it much easier for teammates to identify each other.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"320\" height=\"320\" frameborder=\"0\" src=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/FallGuysGame\/status\/1311712709440872449\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><em>Fall Guys<\/em> has a\u00a0large range of customizable cosmetic items, which have included special crossovers with other indie games such as <em>Gris<\/em> and <em>My Friend Pedr<\/em>o. <a href=\"https:\/\/gamerant.com\/fall-guys-season-2-screenshots\/\"><em>Fall Guys<\/em>\u00a0Season 2\u00a0is adopting a medieval theme<\/a>, which will introduce gauntlet-style challenges and fantasy costumes.
